Carmen, again I cannot thank you enough for the trip. It was one of the best trips we ever had. I still dream about all the beautiful scenery and the times we spent there. Thanks for so many things: the welcome presents, the surprise in Gstaad with your friend´s cheese production, the dinner, the military fortress, the wonderful hotels and the rooms (all of them with an amazing view) and so on, and especially thanks for André. He was at all moment much more than a chauffeur/guide. From the first moment he knew exactly what things we liked to see or do or what places we would like to spend more time in than others, and he was such a kind and nice person and easy to be with. Definitely this is a trip we will cherish for ever. Switzerland is a wonderful country and so beautiful.

“My husband, Keith, and I spent our honeymoon in Switzerland booked through SwissSafari. Our trip was wonderful because Carmen and SwissSafari did an excellent job in planning our entire tour. Although our trip was planned extremely well, Carmen was very flexible and made changes in the tour due to weather concerns so that we could get the most out of our trip. Because of her great flexibility, we did not miss out on anything that we wanted to see or do and we were also able to add things spontaneously to our trip so we had some very nice surprises in our tour.

Each of our hotels were carefully chosen and were all extremely nice. Our tour destinations were customized to our likes and Carmen tried to make sure that we didn't miss out on anything that Switzerland has to offer. From tropical Ascona to the Alps and the Matterhorn, the trip was well planned and was magical. Carmen is very enthusiastic about her country and it definitely showed in our tour. She was very careful to point out interesting details and history about Switzerland and she is very knowledgeable about her country. Our trip to Switzerland was everything we hoped it would be, and more. My 82-year-old mother, who had never been abroad, had a marvelous time. Johannes was an excellent driver and gave us a wonderful understanding of Swiss history, culture, geography--and even, to my husband's delight, botany! We truly appreciate all the accommodations that were made for my mother. She was very pleased that we were able to do things on our own, because she did not feel like she was holding us back. And she enjoyed the special things she did with Johannes while we were doing more strenuous tours.

The hotels that you booked were absolutely fabulous. The views from the room were just amazing. In Grindelwald I would open the curtains each morning to see a new view of the Eiger. I still remember my mother's gasp of delight when she realized that she could see the Matterhorn from our hotel in Zermatt. Not only were the hotels beautiful, but the staff was very helpful and kind.

The entire Switzerland trip more than lived up to our expectations. Everything from the hotel accommodations, to the places that you suggested we visit, to our guide were first rate. It was one of the best vacations that Linda and I have ever taken.
