How do I plan your
trip?
Please
let me explain to you the way we are planning and organizing your Switzerland/ Europe
holidays.
Tour Programs
You will find
some tour examples on the website which are there to give you an idea of Switzerland’s
places of interest and of the price range we are dealing in. The prices vary
according to the destinations, the booked hotel category, the travel
season, the mileage and the size of the group.
All our tours are customized - we rarely
operate two identical tours. After you have contacted me by email or
phone I will send you a questionnaire
which I kindly ask you to fill in and to send back to me. Your
indications will help me to sort out what type of tour you are looking for
and in which price range I can offer the tour to you.
The more information I get from you the better I can plan
your Switzerland/Europe holidays and work in creative ideas
for some wonderful itineraries. I will include special features, local
events and “off the beaten path” locations. I am Swiss, based in Switzerland
and I know all the best places to visit and to stay.
Our tours are chauffeur
driven/guided but I combine the tours also with scenic railway trips and
boat cruises or organize a visit at a watch maker factory, cheese production, winery, castle or others.
For families with children we have great adventure programs! Please ask
for details.
Once I have all the needed information
from your side I will start to put together a first proposal and will send
it to you. Now we can discuss the program
and make adjustments where desired.
The next steps for a booking will be:
Registration form
Once you agree with an offer/program I will send you a registration
from for the final booking of the tour. The form should be filled in, signed
and returned to SwissSafari by fax or email. The booking is binding.
Confirmation
After the reception of the registration form SwissSafari will
confirm the booking within 24 hours to you. You will receive a booking
confirmation and the bank details for the wire transfer of the asked deposit
or full amount which should be paid within 7 days.
Invoice/Vouchers
Once we have received the payment we will send you the invoice,
vouchers, travel information and
brochures by post mail or UPS delivery service. Final payment is 5 weeks
prior departure by wire transfer or as indicated on the confirmation. We
don’t accept credit cards or checks.

Honeymoon in Switzerland
Is there something nicer than to
have two guests in love on a tour?
We love our Honeymoon guests and I am always very proud when I get
the trust to organize their most important holidays of their life time.
I am aware of the responsibility that I have and
I always take a special attention when I plan a tour for “Honeymooners”.
The tours must turn out to a memorable and very special event. A special
eye is taken in the booked accommodation which must always be romantic and a
place to spend a wonderful time.
Our drivers/guides are aware that our Honeymoon
guests need more privacy than other guests but are still always at their service
when needed and care for a perfect guided program and for their belongings
and needs.
Switzerland’s beauty, diversity,
cleanliness and friendliness are just perfect for a Honeymoon tour. There is
so much to explore – please let us show it to you and let us spoil you on a

Golfing
in Switzerland!
Since the
beginning of 2004 I have also specialized in the theme of Golf to serve my
golfer clients with fantastic chauffeur-driven Golf Packages.
The
SwissSafari golf tours are let to the finest golf courses of Switzerland.
Some tour examples show you the variety in Golfing that Switzerland
has to offer! Of course I provide you with ideas of other golf courses or
arrange a package of your desires.
The Golf
Packages are available for small groups only. I include the land
transportation by van or mini bus with private chauffeur/tour manager,
accommodation, pre-reserved tee-times, caddy fees if required, and an
alternative program of sightseeing for any non-golfers in the party.
The golf
tours can be combined with any other areas of interest, with Top Swiss
Events (European Masters at Crans Montana),
with sightseeing trips or with tours to our neighbour countries.

Service features
All
tours and transfers with SwissSafari are
taken in modern and clean limousines, vans or mini buses that provide ample
space for our guests and the baggage. One of our multi-lingual
and experienced drivers/travel guides accompanies you on the tour and
he/she is responsible for a perfect program, the hotel check-ins, your personal
belongings and will help you with information
to Switzerland
and with guided city or walking tours. A personal care and over all service
is guaranteed!
Hotels
As
SwissSafari is based in Switzerland
I can check all the Hotels which I book for my clients – and this is what I
am doing!
I book always
the best hotels of your chosen category and will allways do my best
to get your accommodation in swiss style hotels with that special “regional
touch” and with the best views and settings.
Reservations/Payments
The booking
of a tour package will only follow after some discussions concerning the
type of program you desire. Once you agree with a program/offer you receive
a registration form which should
be filled in, signed and sent back to SwissSafari. Bookings are binding.
Payments are
only accepted by wire transfer. More information
on the reservation and payment conditions are to read in our contractual
conditions and will be sent to you with the offer.
Air-/Rail-Transportation
Please note:
SwissSafari will not handle air transportation, but your
driver/guide will take care of you from the moment you arrive in
Switzerland/Europe!
We don’t provide railway tours but will
gladly include scenic train trips and boat cruises into your program or
assist you with seat reservations in night trains or fast speed trains.
Switzerland…
is a very safe country with a high
standard of living. For the traveler it offers an immense variety of
sightseeing, culture, history and regional attractions. The beautiful
landscapes and the unique high alpine mountain areas invite to be visited
