Lodging will be booked in your chosen category. We will be pleased to helping you with recommendations of good hotels and restaurants.

· Our Tours

All tours with SwissSafari are customized and taken in comfortable, air-conditioned vans, limousines or mini buses. A multi-lingual driver/travel guide is at your disposal during the entire tour.

All our tour organisators and guides are Swiss who know their country very well. Our carefully chosen programs include tours to the most beautiful regions of Switzerland and always adapt to the seasons and to eventual events which are held in the specific regions. Because we guarantee for a high individuality and flexibility on tour, you can enjoy even a short stay to the fullest. With SwissSafari you will also discover in special ways those nooks and crannies of Switzerland that remain hidden to other visitors.

Destinations for tour start/end on request. Tours to our neighbouring countries will gladly be organised.

Price and tour changes can be made at the discretion of the tour manager (weather, natural disaster, acts of providence, etc.) Other tour programs in the winter months.

· Car fleet and driver/guides

SwissSafari works together with a numerous of reliable partners who offer tour cars in all sizes and standards. We have clean, comfortable and fully air conditioned tour cars with ample space for the guests and the luggage. Some of our VIP mini buses are equipped with DVD, fridgirator and Espresso machine.

Our driver/guides are multilingual Swiss with a good knowledge of history, country and people. Bigger groups are accompanied by a separate guide. A personal care is guaranteed.

· Booking

The steps for a booking will be:

Program/offer
We will first discuss with you for the right program and will than send you an offer with pricing.

Registration form

When you agree with an offer we will send you by email a registration form, which should be filled in, signed and returned to SwissSafari by fax or email. The booking is binding.

Confirmation

After the reception of the registration form SwissSafari will confirm to you the booking of the tour within 24 hours. You will receive a booking confirmation including the bank details for the wirement of the amount which should be transfered within 7 days.

Invoice/Vouchers

Once we have received the payment we will send you by post mail the final invoice, vouchers, brochures and tour information.

We are a small tour company with a limited number of drivers/guides.
Please make your booking as soon as possible for that we can guarantee for the availability of car and driver/guide. You can book a tour through your travel agency or directly with us.
Some seasons of the year can be booked up soon, sorry.

All our tour organisators and guides are Swiss who know their country very well. Our company is located in Switzerland and we proove every hotel before we book it! The booked hotels have either the special swiss touch, a fantastic view or setting or a special room equipment.

SwissSafari is a registered tour company with a licence for professional passenger transportation within Switzerland and the EU-countries.

SwissSafari has been operating since 2004 and we have organised many tours for happy clients. We also stay in business relationship with travel agencies. References of clients will gladly be given on request.
